Cox’s Double Eagle Harley-Davidson is hosting a Motorcycle Swap Meet focused on bringing the riding community together for a full day of buying, selling, and trading motorcycle-related items.

This community-driven event is ideal for riders looking to clean out their garage, hunt for unique finds, or connect with fellow motorcycle enthusiasts in a relaxed, dealership-hosted environment.

Vendor Information & Guidelines

Vendor Space & Registration

• Vendor spaces are $25 per space

• Vendor spaces must be reserved prior to the event

Setup Requirements

• Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and tent weights

• No power outlets will be available

• Stakes or objects may not be placed into pavement or concrete areas

• All setup, teardown, and display materials are the responsibility of the vendor

Apparel & Merchandise Restrictions

To protect the Harley-Davidson brand and our dealership partners, vendors may not sell mass quantities of licensed Harley-Davidson or Bar & Shield apparel.

This restriction includes, but is not limited to:

• Merchandise acquired through dealership closings or liquidations

• Bulk or warehouse inventory

• Obsolete or discontinued merchandise purchased in large quantities

Allowed:
Individuals selling unique, one-off, vintage, or personal Harley-Davidson items, including jackets, shirts, or collectibles. Personal trades or swaps of Harley-Davidson apparel are permitted.

Not Allowed:
Vendors who specialize in reselling large quantities of licensed Harley-Davidson apparel or merchandise that directly competes with current in-store Harley-Davidson products.
